To meet the changing requirement of surface finsihing and texture of mordern indutrial design, We developed the following special new craft on the basis of traditional spray, silk-screen and polishing.
1: Plating: Including plating and vacuum plating, the plating material includes chrome, nickel, clinquant, aluminium etc.
2；Various materials incorporate prototyping: Over-mold (rubber over plastic or rubber over metal), metal inserts etc.
3: Mix colors injection prototypings: Brewages PU color for transparent PMMA, ABS and rubber injection prototyping according to the samples' color provided by customers.
4: Alnico oxidation and drawbench: processes with aluminum prototypes' surface to get texture.
5: Laser etches: Uses laser carving machines to etch the surface of parts to make the drawings and words on the parts to be transparent. Widely used in automotive, cellphone, electric appliance.
6: Magical glass: To make the surface transparent like plating.
7: Water transferring technology: Applies in printing of various textures and design of various plates and irregular surface.
